Deli Helper Clerks provide excellent customer service at the deli counter and other deli stations. They perform basic food prep, package deli items and clean in the deli area.
The Produce Lead assists in overseeing Produce Department and staff, including productivity, inventory, signage and budgeting. They provide and model excellent, professional customer service. They assist the Produce Coordinator in ordering, receiving and merchandising produce.
The Kitchen Manager (Production Specialist) oversees Deli kitchen operations including production cooking, food cost analysis, recipe development and ordering. They provide mentorship and coaching to deli staff, including setting the standard for excellent customer service. They participate in production cooking and participate in department planning including budgeting and product mix.
The Deli Lead assists in overseeing Deli operations including front of house service, retail merchandising and production cooking. They provide mentorship and coaching to deli staff, including setting the standard for excellent customer service. They participate in department planning including scheduling, budgeting and product mix.
PCC Cooking Class Assistants provide support to PCC Cooking Class instructors with classroom setup, food preparation, washing dishes and clean-up. Cooking Class Assistants ensure students’ success by providing excellent customer service from class start to finish.
Cooking Class Instructors are subject-matter experts in their field of food, cooking and/or nutrition. Instructors meld authenticity and experience with a joy for sharing information with students of all levels and backgrounds. Instructors are responsible for proposing interesting and on-trend class concepts, designing menus and executing classes from start to finish.
