The Back of House Deli Steward participates in Deli kitchen operations including cooking, retail merchandising, production planning, ordering and developing skills related to food cost analysis and staffing. They develop skills to provide mentorship and coaching to deli staff, including setting the standard for excellent customer service.
Deli Counters (Helper Clerks) provide excellent customer service at the deli counter and other deli stations. They perform basic food prep, package deli items and clean in the deli area.
This role will primarily be working the 5:00 am-2:30 pm early morning shift.
The Kitchen Manager (Production Specialist) oversees Deli kitchen operations including production cooking, food cost analysis, recipe development and ordering. They provide mentorship and coaching to deli staff, including setting the standard for excellent customer service. They participate in production cooking and participate in department planning including budgeting and product mix.
PCC Cooking Class Assistants provide support to PCC Cooking Class instructors with classroom set up, food prep, and clean up. In addition, Cooking Class Assistants ensure students’ success by providing excellent customer service from class start to finish.
