Grocery/Produce Helper Clerks provide excellent, professional customer service. They stock and rotate grocery, dairy, frozen and bulk items. They build and maintain produce displays and rotate back stock and sales floor product.

Overnight Deli Helper Clerks perform basic food preparation including portioning, packaging and stocking grab and go items overnight. They provide excellent customer service when needed.

They assist in the operation of the Grocery Department by placing grocery orders, receiving and checking incoming orders, storing and rotating products, arranging credits from vendors and processing invoices. They stock and face grocery displays with attention to quantity, quality, timeliness, appearance of displays and the merchandising plan.

Night Crew Clerks stock, face and rotate all grocery, dairy, frozen and bulk products. They unload incoming pallets of nightly deliveries. They maintain organization of back stock. When assigned, they place orders for Grocery Department items.

In the absence of the Night Crew Lead, the Night Crew Back Up Person In Charge oversees Night Crew staff. The Meat Department Lead assists in overseeing Meat Department operations including ordering, processing and merchandising meat and seafood, inventory, and maintaining department cleanliness and sanitation standards. They provide mentorship and coaching to Meat staff, including setting the standard for excellent customer service. They participate in department planning including scheduling, budgeting, and product mix.

The Kitchen Manager (Production Specialist) oversees Deli kitchen operations including production cooking, food cost analysis, recipe development and ordering. They provide mentorship and coaching to deli staff, including setting the standard for excellent customer service. Janitorial Helper Clerks Maintain order and cleanliness throughout the store, including sweeping and mopping, cleaning bathrooms, maintaining eating areas and taking out the trash. They do deep cleaning projects as needed and provide excellent, professional customer service. They may fill in in the Grocery department if assigned.

The Human Resources Generalist - Field is the primary HR support for PCC stores and will travel between assigned store locations and the main office as required. The successful individual will have a broad and deep set of HR skills and will exercise their knowledge in each HR discipline to serve the store's needs, its leadership, and staff. As an HR Field Generalist, you will perform professional-level human resources duties in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training and development, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, employment law compliance, and recruiting to ensure well staffed stores.

The Health and Body Care (HBC) Clerk/Cashier provides excellent, professional customer service in the Health and Body Care department. When cashiering, they accurately and efficiently process orders and payments at the register. They order, receive, stock and merchandise Health and Body Care products.

The Grocery Lead assists in managing Grocery Department operations, including scheduling, ordering, productivity, budgeting, inventory, gross profit and reporting. They supervise and coach Grocery Department staff, and model and provide excellent, professional customer service.
